<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescent resin composition excellent in dispersion stability, and to provide a sealing material excellent in reliability and a luminous material excellent in luminescence using the luminescent resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: This luminescent resin composition includes a resin composition and a fluorescent material. The resin composition is obtained by co-hydrolytic condensation of (A) an epoxy resin, and an alkoxysilane compound represented by general formula (1) (wherein n=0-3, R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or an organic group, a plurality of R<SP>2</SP>may be the same or different, and represent a hydrogen atom or a 1-8C alkyl group). The alkoxysilane compound includes (B) at least one alkoxysilane compound (wherein n=1-2, R<SP>1</SP>is at least one cyclic ether group) and (C) at least one alkoxysilane compound (wherein n=1-2, R<SP>1</SP>is at least one aryl group); and a mixed index α of (B) and (C) represented by formula (2): α=(αc)/(αb) is 0.001-19 [wherein αb is the content (mol%) of the component (B), and αc is the content (mol%) of the component (C)]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
