<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine which hardly breaks while enabling highly efficient rotation due to decreased friction in supporting a vertical shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The wind turbine power generator includes a vertical rotating shaft, horizontal arms each having one end horizontally attached to the rotating shaft, and a vertical blade attached to the other end of the horizontal arm. A power generator is attached to the bottom of the rotating shaft. At the lower end of the rotating shaft, a magnet is arranged to exert a push-up force on the rotating shaft, the vertical blade, and the like.
