<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method for sensitively and easily measuring an analyzing object of a target sample, and a measuring device using it. <P>SOLUTION: In this measuring method, the amount of antibody reacting with the analyzing object is set as the amount of many electron transfer bodies held in double strand nucleic acid, and helicase is previously modified on the antibody. Thus, response amplification is allowed when a measurement desired amount of antibody is detected.
