<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee objectivity of loan conditions to be determined, in an investment model which presents a borrowing condition to an investor through a communication network such as the Internet and raises money invested and the like for loan applicants by an auction system. <P>SOLUTION: The investment system accepts input of information about a person 1 who demands funds is received. A borrowing condition is presented together with information about a loan applicant through the Internet 4. Evaluation for information about the loan applicant and the borrowing condition is received from a commentator 7, the evaluation is accumulated as evaluation information, and the accumulated evaluation information are aggregated.
