<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute routing between domains adopting Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS). <P>SOLUTION: When carrying out communication via a plurality of domains, management servers for managing the domains carry out path configuration and optimum routing in cooperation with each other. In the case of configuring paths, each management server connects paths of the respective domains to configure the paths so that data reach a target address. When the paths are configured, each management server informs nodes associated with the paths of label data and the data are used at routing. In the case of the routing, each node acquires a dynamic transmission band from each management server to calculate an overall dynamic transmission band of a plurality of paths between a sender address and a destination address, and further specifies a routing policy based on a request number or the like to specify an optimum path.
