<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmitter which is applied to an active tag, reduces consumption power at waiting time, improves power efficiency of a transmission circuit at transmitting time, and lengthens a power supply life. <P>SOLUTION: In the transmission circuit including a data clock generator, a transmission data generator and a transmission signal generator, a pulse signal generator constituting the transmission signal generator uses an inverter ring portion connecting in a ring shape odd number pieces of inverters connected through a current source wherein currents are assembled in a Vdd power supply and a Vss power supply, oscillates at an equal oscillation frequency to a center frequency of a transmission antenna at timing of a latch output of a transmission data latch portion, and outputs a pulse signal of the oscillation frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
