<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a structure in which a communicable distance does not fluctuate largely even if there are variations in a resonant frequency of an antenna part in a communication device for use in an RFID system, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The resonant frequency in the antenna part, and a resonance part including a metal part positioned in a magnetic layer and a rear part thereof is set to a higher frequency band than a prescribed frequency fc (13.56 MHz) sent from an external device, thereby suppressing fluctuations of a maximum distance communicable even if variations occur in the resonant frequency. Preferably, the resonant frequency is higher by 500 kHz or more than the prescribed frequency fc, and more preferably higher in a range of 1 to 2 MHz. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
