PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly register a node address in a small table area and to quickly retrieve the node address without using an MPU or a dedicated IC. SOLUTION: A network address management device includes: a table address calculation part 51 for generating a first address AD of a table memory which is obtained by compressing a variation part node address NAa using a part or all of a node address NA; and a table data control/comparison part 52 which generates data DT by combining the node address NA with a connection port number RNO and stores the data DT in the first address AD when the node address NA is a transmission source address, or compares the node address NA with the data DT stored in the read table memory and determines a destination port number TNO when the node address NA is a destination node address.
