PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting film capable of preventing the occurrence of moire and luminance unevenness, while maintaining high reflectivity. SOLUTION: The reflection film has a metal reflection layer; an intermediate-refractive index layer having a refractive index of 1.4 to 1.7; and a high-refractive index layer having a refractive index of 1.7 to 2.2, formed in this order, on at least one surface of a plastic film and satisfies a condition (A) that the difference between the refractive index of the high-refractive index layer and that of the intermediate-refractive index layer be≥0.1; a condition (B) that the high-refractive index layer include a resin film made of a resin, high-refractive index fine particles, and fine transparent particles; a condition (C) that the particle size of the fine transparent particles be larger than that of the high-refractive index fine particles; and a condition (D) that the high-refractive index fine particles be entirely embedded in the resin film and the fine transparent particles be partially buried in the resin film and remaining parts of the fine transparent particles project from the resin film.
