PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an excessive temperature rise in a non-paper passing area in an induction heating system fixing device. SOLUTION: A temperature-sensitive magnetic member 64, which forms a magnetic path of an alternating current magnetic field generated by an IH heater 80, includes: a temperature-sensitive magnetic layer which is disposed with the outer peripheral surface in contact with the inner peripheral surface of a fixing belt 61, and has a transition region where the magnetic property changes between ferromagnetism and paramagnetism according to the temperature within a temperature range of 20°; and an abrasion restraining layer made of any one of or both chromium nitride as CrN in chemical formula and chromium nitride as Cr<SB>2</SB>N in chemical formula.
