PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from entering the interior of an actuator body. SOLUTION: A breather hole 11 is provided on the second joining surface side of a second housing 9 constituting the actuator body, and the outside opening 61 of the breather hole 11 is closed with the waterproof breathable filter 12. Consequently, the water does not enter the interior of the actuator body by breathing, and the water is prevented from entering the interior of the actuator body at low cost. The gap 13 formed between the first joining surface 41 of a first housing 8 and the second joining surface 42 of a second housing 9 radially opens along the entire circumference (along the entire circumference of 360 degrees) in the circumferential direction of first and second flanges 15, 16. Consequently, the breathing can be performed along the entire circumference of 360 degrees through the breather hole 11 and the gap 13, and the water entering the gap 13 is easily drained because the water is drained to all the directions.
