PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment device having a superior function for preventing back flow of drainage and to provide a kitchen sink equipped with it, eliminating an object obstructing the washing work around the kitchen sink. SOLUTION: This kitchen sink 8 is constituted by arranging a water treatment device body 2 for purifying the tap water supplied through a faucet 6 and generating the treated water and drainage in the inside of the kitchen sink 8 and connecting a drain hose 16 in which the drainage generated in the water treatment device body 2 flows with a drain pipe 4 in a sink 9 in the kitchen sink 8 through a back flow prevention mechanism part 1 including an air gap 13 and a back flow prevention valve 15. The water treatment device body 2 has a valve 3 for switching water paths in the water treatment device body 2, and a faucet 5 having a discharge spout 7 is arranged on a side of the sink 9. The faucet 5 has a function for supplying the tap water supplied through the faucet 6 into the water treatment device body 2 and stopping the supply and a function for discharging the treated water fed from the water treatment device body 2 through the spout 7 and stopping the discharge.
