PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves soffit structure using a flashing sheet preventing rainwater, powdery snow, saline matter, or the like from infiltrating into an attic space of a building in which the attic space is ventilated from a ventilation opening at the edge of the eaves. SOLUTION: In the eaves soffit structure 1 using the flashing sheet, one end of the flashing sheet 2 is fixed to an external wall 8, and the other end is fixed to the rafter 9 of a roof 12. The outside of the building communicates with the attic space through the ventilation opening 14a under the eaves and through spaces between the rafters 9 to ventilate the attic space, and rainwater, powdery snow, saline matter, or the like infiltrating from the ventilation port 14a under the eaves are prevented from infiltrating into the attic space by the flashing sheet 2. Further, the building comprises an outside ventilation external wall structure provided with a plate-like heat insulating material 6 on the back face of an external wall material 4 through a vertical member 5 and having a vertical ventilating space part between the external wall material 4 and the plate-like heat insulating material 6 having an external wall frame 7 on the back face of the plate-like heat insulating material 6. One end of the flashing sheet 2 is preferably held between the plate-like heat insulating material 6 and the external wall frame 7 or between the vertical member 5 and the plate-like heat insulating material 6.
