PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant disease-controlling agent exhibiting high controlling effects on diseases (diseases of stems and leaves, soilborne diseases or the like) of a plant, having little possibility of appearance of resistant bacteria such as agrochemicals, and hardly causing environmental pollution.
