PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet pressing pad easily removing heat in the pressing part of a waterproof sheet, easily handled without requiring time and labor, and achieving a sufficient effect of pressing through a small force and very practical use. SOLUTION: In a method for sticking the waterproof sheet, a metallic fixing plate 2 for fixing the waterproof sheet provided with an adhesive layer to be melted by heating on its upper face is fixed on a waterproof substrate 3, the waterproof sheet 4 is arranged on the fixing plate 2, and the fixing plate 2 is heated through electromagnetic inductance heating to melt the adhesive layer and fix the waterproof sheet 4 on the fixing plate 2. In this method, the waterproof-sheet pressing pad is used to press the waterproof sheet 4 in a section to be stuck elastically after heating the fixing plate 2 to improve the close adhesion performance of the waterproof sheet 4 on the fixing plate 2. This waterproof sheet presser pad includes an elastic mat 6 made of silicone rubber provided with a face 6a coming into contact with the waterproof sheet 4. A pressing plate 7 applying a pressing force to the elastic mat 6 is integrally provided on a pressing face on the opposite side to the face coming into contact with the elastic mat 6 in a scope except part of the pressing face.
