PURPOSE: A method for washing a steam generator for a cooker is provided to efficiently and simply wash a steam generator using steam. CONSTITUTION: A method for washing a steam generator for a cooker is as follows. Washing fluid is supplied to a heating chamber(24) which stores steam water for generating steam. The washing fluid stored in the heating chamber is heated after a per-setting time. The heated washing fluid is transferred to a cooking chamber(1). A heating source or a convection device for supplying energy is operated.
