PURPOSE: A method, an apparatus, and a system for determining clock synchronization, and a computer readable storage media are provided to distribute messages to gateway or port network by obtaining a timing based on a timinged time-division multiplexing bus. CONSTITUTION: Internet-protocol(IP) connecting network(100) includes various components including a communication manager(110). Each component includes a digital signal processor. A master source is allocated as a first component(120). A tandem source is allocated as a second component(130). A slave is allocated as a third component(140). The first component receives a DS1/BRI clock/synchronization reference. The communication manager includes a domain managing module(102) and a link managing module(104).
