<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishery paste product excellent in heat resistance, boiling resistance, freezing resistance, stability with time and in texture and flavor without using chemically composed starch. <P>SOLUTION: The fishery paste product includes moist heat-treated tapioca starch, in which the content of the moist heat-treated tapioca starch in terms of a solid content to the whole fishery paste product is 0.5-30.0 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
