PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device that continuously supplies a liquid to the downstream side where a liquid is consumed, even in the case that a pump provided in the middle of a liquid supply passage repeats suction drive for sucking liquid into a pump chamber, and discharge drive for discharging the liquid from the inside of the pump chamber, and to provide a liquid jetting apparatus provided with the liquid supply device. SOLUTION: The liquid supply device is provided with: a first pump 52 which is driven by allowing a first diaphragm 42 which can be displaced so as to increase or decrease the capacity of the first pump chamber 52a to be displaced according to a change in the pressure of a negative pressure chamber 52b; a second pump 54 which is driven by allowing a second diaphragm 43 which can be displaced so as to increase or decrease the capacity of the second pump chamber 54a to be displaced according to a change in the pressure of a positive pressure chamber 54b; air passages 56 and 59 through which the negative chamber 52b and pressure chamber 54b communicate with each other; and a pressure generating device 57 that moves air between the negative pressure chamber 52b and positive pressure chamber 54b.
