PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device whose document guide member does not go out of a setting space of the device when an image reading portion and an ADF functional portion turn. SOLUTION: The image processing device has an auto feeding portion arranged on an upper portion of the image reading portion, a document tray whose axis is rotatably supported at the auto feeding portion, a first spring biasing the document tray in a descent direction, a lever provided inside the image reading portion with its one end engaged to a bottom surface of the document tray, and a second spring biasing the document tray in an upper direction through the lever. Since a biasing force of the second spring is larger than that of the first spring, the document tray is biased in the upward direction at the time of the normal operation.
