PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool capable of easily attaching a coolant jacket to a fixing surface of the coolant jacket even if a sufficient working space is not secured outside rather than the fixing surface in an electrical equipment unit. SOLUTION: A fastening bolt 65 is fastened to sandwich a body member 61 between a pair of pressing members 63, 63, thereby moving the pressing members 63 toward the coolant jacket 40 side along a tapered surface 62 of the body member 61 so that the coolant jacket 40 is fixed to a fixing surface 53a.
