PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio-cable connector in which such problems that attenuation of signal intensity and noise interference on signals observed in conventional audio-cable connectors occur can be solved effectively. SOLUTION: By means that the body 21, terminals 22, lead wire restraining members 23, and pressing members 24 are included, and that conducting edges 251 of multi-core lead wires 25 and guide pieces 221 of terminals 22 are directly connected, transmission of signals between different conductors is effectively avoided, and the problems such as the attenuation of signal intensity and the noise interference on the signals which are observed in the conventional audio-cable connectors are solved. Moreover, the conductor edges 251 of the multi-core lead wires are restrained by the lead wire restraining members 23. By this, the lead wires as a whole of the conducting edges 251 are bound by pressing of the pressing members so that dropping-off due to dispersion of the multi-core lead wires 25 does not occur. In addition, since the exterior insulation layer 252 of the multi-core lead wires 25 is firmly fixed by combination of the body 21, clips 2711, and fixing rings 272, dropping-off of the multi-core lead wires 25 due to pulling by an external force can be avoided.
