PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a door driving motor actuator to a heater unit with coaxially-arranged two doors for mutually independently adjusting temperature. SOLUTION: One end of a shaft 30 is connected to the door shaft 12 of the first door 10 through the door shaft 22 of the second door 20, and the other end thereof is passed through and projected from the fitting portion 24 of the second door 20, and is fitted into a second output shaft 50 arranged behind a first output shaft 40 when the first output shaft 40 of the motor actuator is fitted around the fitting portion 24. The second output shaft 50 is provided with a cross-shaped fitting hole formed in the inner end of a fitting hole 53 in order to fit the cross-shaped connection 32 of a shaft 30, and is provided with a cross-shaped guide 54 formed to extend from the cross-shaped fitting hole toward an inlet in order to lead the cross-shaped connection 32 into the cross-shaped fitting hole. Thereby, even if there is relative angle deviation between the first door 10 and the second door 20, it is possible to attache the motor actuator while correcting the relative angle deviation.
