PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device of a machine tool capable of reducing the vibration thereof by increasing a supporting rigidity without increasing the diameter of an adjusting bolt. SOLUTION: A recess 1c opened to the side is formed at the leg parts 1 provided to the four corner lower surfaces of a bed 6, and a screw hole 1b screwed with the screw part 2b of an adjusting bolt 2 and a hole 1a allowing a tightening bolt 3 to be inserted therethrough are formed in the bottom surface of the recess 1c. A recess 4b engaged with the tip of the adjusting bolt 2 and screw holes 4a for screwing with the threads 3a of the tightening bolts 3 are formed in a plate 4. Two tightening bolts 3 are provided on both sides of the adjusting bolt 2, and inserted into the holes 1a provided to the leg part 1 from the upper side, and the threads 3a of the tightening bolts 3 are screwed with the screw holes 4a of the plate 4. When a worker tightens the tightening bolts 3, the lower surface of the head 3d of the tightening bolt 3 is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the recess 1c, and the leg part 1 is tightened to the plate 4.
