PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharge head capable of preventing the lowering of printing quality caused by the heat of a drive circuit part, a method for manufacturing the same, and a liquid droplet discharge device. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet discharge head includes a first substrate 22, a drive element 23 provided on the first substrate 22, the second substrate 25 provided on the side of the drive element 23 of the first substrate 22, a case member 101 and a flexible substrate 27 having a mounting part 27A and a connection part 27b and connected to the drive element 23 exposed to the base of an opening 150 through a conductive adhesive material 79 in a state that the connection part 27b is inserted into the opening 150. The protruded member 80, which is opposed to the space between the connection part 27b and mounting part 27A in the flexible substrate 27, is provided to the inner wall surface 28a of the opening 150 and the conductive adhesive material 79 fixes the flexible substrate 27 to the inner wall surface 28a in the state getting in the gap between the protruded member 80 and the flexible substrate 27.
