PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine effectively eliminating illegal activity abusing a reset action of a random number generation circuit. SOLUTION: The game machine acquires a random number value RND from the random number generation circuit to perform lottery processing when prize-winning switch signals SWa and SWb are ON in response to operation by a player, and generates a profit condition profitable to the player. The random number generation circuit includes: an oscillation circuit 40 generating a counting clockΦ; counters CTa and CTb counting the counting clockΦ; count-value holding circuits Ra and Rb temporarily holding count-value-outputs of the counters CTa and CTb when the prize-winning switch signals SWa and SWb are ON; and a reset circuit 44 automatically generating a power-source-reset-signal which indicates a power-on state.
