PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharging head having a pressure generating means for correcting cross talk not requiring an exclusive driving circuit and a driving wiring and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: Actuators 300 for correcting are arranged on driving wirings 204 according to discharging elements 104. The actuators 300 for correcting are formed in locations where driving wirings 204 contact with the outsides of a wall face of a feeding flow channel 210 from connecting terminals 208 to the discharging elements 104. The actuators 300 for correcting are constituted by arranging individual donut-shape electrodes 304 on piezoelectric bodies 302 and form displacement sections 306. The individual electrodes 304 are arranged on the driving wirings 204, when driving voltage is applied to the discharging elements 104 connected to the driving wirings 204 where the actuators 300 for correcting are arranged, the driving voltage is applied to the actuators 300 for correcting at the same time, and the actuators 300 for correcting are driven simultaneously with the discharging elements 104.
