A person-support apparatus comprises a frame including a handle movably coupled with the frame. The handle is adapted to be gripped by a person supported on the frame. The handle may comprise a first member with a first portion and a second portion, the first portion being movably coupled to the frame and a second member with a first portion and a second portion, the first portion being movably coupled to the second portion of the first member and include an adjustment mechanism configured to adjust the length of the handle. The coupling of the members may be such that the second member is movable with at least two degrees of freedom with respect to the frame. |
