<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF tag which has superior high frequency transmission characteristics, and can maintain transmission characteristics even against the temperature change of a use environment, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The RF tag is configured by laminating a conductive layer I on one face of a laminate and a metal foil layer M on the other face, the laminate being configured by laminating prepreg layers on both faces of a dielectric layer P. In this case, the dielectric layer P is obtained by polymerizing monomers containing annular olefin monomers, and configured of an annular olefin-based polymer whose load deflection temperature is ranging from 100 to 200°C, and a prepreg layer is obtained by impregnating epoxy resin in glass fiber base materials, and a conductor layer I is configured by loading a storage medium I1 capable of reading and writing information, and forming an antenna circuit I1 for reading and writing information for the storage medium I1 in a non-contact state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
