<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out the air-conditioning of an air-conditioning object room while optimally controlling a plurality of air conditioners. <P>SOLUTION: The number of operated air conditioners is varied according to a change of a necessary air-conditioning amount in a server room. In this case, when increasing the number of operated air conditioners out of stopped air conditioners, an air conditioner with the most shortest cumulative working time is added and started.
