<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high-frequency coupler capable of meeting all requests for mass productivity, miniaturization, reduction in height, and electric characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A communication device includes two stages: a first pre-stage resonance section 173-1 and a second poststage resonance section 173-2. The first resonance section 173-1 is connected to the ground 172 on a lower surface via a through-hole 176-1 penetrating a printed board 171 at a tip for short circuit, and becomes a short circuit end. A side not short-circuited to the ground 172 of the first resonance section 173-1 is connected to a transmission and reception circuit module by a microstrip line, or the like.
