<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) storage device keeping a cut part of an SMC sheet still. <P>SOLUTION: The SMC storage device A for folding and storing an SMC sheet S by means of an oscillating arm 1 includes: a storage unit moving means 6 for moving a storage unit 92a positioned in working space beneath the oscillating arm 1, and for moving the next storage unit 92b from behind for installation in the working space; a cutting means 7 for cutting the SMC sheet S; and an oscillation control means which performs oscillation control for making the moving speed of a lower end of the oscillating arm 1 roughly equal to the feed speed of the SMC sheet S. When the SMC sheet S is cut by the cutting means 7, the oscillating arm 1 is stopped at an end of a range of oscillation, and the storage unit 92a positioned in the working space and the next storage unit 92b are moved by the storage unit moving means 6; once the next storage unit 92b is positioned in the working space, the movement by the storage unit moving means 6 is stopped and cutting is performed as the oscillating arm 1 is oscillated by the oscillation control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
