PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous gel-like cosmetic that is excellent in fragrance just after application as well as in retention of fragrance and stability with time as a preparation. SOLUTION: The aqueous gel-like cosmetic comprises (A) a hydrogenated phospholipid, (B) a monoalkyl glyceryl ether, (C) one or two or more selected from among phytosterol derivatives and/or cholesterol derivatives, (D) a perfume and (E) water, where the content ratio by mass (C):(D) of the component (C), the phytosterol derivatives or the cholesterol derivatives, to the component (D), the perfume, is 40:1 to 1:10.
