PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted navigation apparatus and program which, when a user could not attain his purpose at a facility the user made a stopover, shows a facility at which it is estimated that the user will be able to attain his purpose. SOLUTION: The vehicle-mounted navigation apparatus specifies a facility the user made a stopover (S103:YES) and determines whether the user could attain a purpose of the stopover at the stopover facility. When the purpose of the stopover at the stopover facility could not be attained (S104:NO), the apparatus acquires the present condition information related to a plurality of factors with respect to the stopover facility and facilities belonging to the same category as the stopover facility (S106); and on the basis of the present condition information related to a plurality of factors, searches for a facility at which it is estimated that the user will be able to attain his purpose from the facilities belonging to the same category as the stopover facility (S107), and guides it (S108). The apparatus performs facility search, on the basis of the present condition information related to a plurality of factors, thereby allowing a facility at which it is inferred that the user is able to attain his purpose to be searched for and shown.
