<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting or preventing sticking snow or ice on a pavement surface for a long time without giving harmful influence to environment, and to provide an anti-icing coating composition. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes applying an adhesive on a pavement surface, scatter a dried aggregate onto the adhesive to form an aggregate-adhesive layer and applying an anti-icing chemical onto the aggregate-adhesive to form an anti-icing coating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
