<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid integrated circuit device whose connection reliability in a connection part of separated power circuit part and control circuit part is high and which does not need a large space in the connection part. <P>SOLUTION: In the hybrid integrated circuit for ECU, a wiring 2 with a sheet-like metal body fixed to one main face of the insulating substrate 1 is arranged; at least a switching element 31 and a control element controlling the operation of the switching element are mounted; and the power circuit part 3 having the switching element and the control circuit part 4 having the operation of the control element are installed. The insulating substrate is separated into a first insulating substrate, constituting the power circuit part and a second insulating substrate constituting the control circuit part after fixing the wiring by laser beam machining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
