PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the ignition timing of an internal combustion engine in consideration of a correlation between the ignition timing and a timing when a predetermined combustion ratio is reached. SOLUTION: An ignition timing control device 1 of the internal combustion engine 10 includes: a calculation means calculating a value representing a relation between the timing when the predetermined combustion ratio is reached in a combustion chamber 14 and the ignition timing; and an ignition timing correction means correcting the ignition timing so that the value calculated by the calculation means does not deviate from a predetermined relation area.
