PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display, as a background image, a reference chromatogram appropriate for comparing with an analysis chromatogram without troublesome operation by an analyst. SOLUTION: When an analysis data file to be re-analyzed is specified (S1), a data processing section reads the analysis data file (S2), and a file name of a method file used for GC (gas chromatograph) analysis when chromatogram data is acquired is extracted (S3). A reference data file having the file name is retrieved from a data storage section (S4). When there is a file (Yes in S5), this file is read and data of a reference chromatogram is prepared from the data of a standard sample, and it is displayed on the analysis chromatogram in piles (S6). When the same file name as the method file appropriate for GC-analyzing a plurality of unknown samples of the same kind is added to the reference data file of the standard sample corresponding to the unknown samples, an appropriate reference chromatogram is displayed automatically.
