PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a decorative body rationally configured so as to smooth the movement of the decorative body. SOLUTION: An axial body 200 for supporting the decorative body 100 includes a shaft 210, a first cylinder member 220 through which the shaft is inserted and which is fixed on the shaft, a second cylinder member 230 through which the shaft is inserted and which is rotatably mounted, and a coil spring 240 mounted on the outer circumference of the first cylinder member and the second cylinder member, and fixed to each of the edge parts of the first cylinder member and the second cylinder member. A gear unit 231, in which the shaft is a rotation axis, is installed in the second cylinder member so that the power transmitted to the gear unit is transmitted to the shaft via the coil spring. Also, on the axial body a stopper member 250 is provided so that the rotational quantity of the second cylinder member to the shaft is controlled by the stopper member butting a convex part 232 disposed on the second cylinder member.
