PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning structure positioning easily a thin plate member having a small sectional hitching amount. SOLUTION: Assuming that a distance between each engagement part to be engaged with positioning pins 3a, 3b of a date indicator maintaining plate 2 which is a thin plate member used for a timepiece movement is A, and that a connection distance of each outer circumference of the two positioning pins 3a, 3b is B, setting is performed so as to satisfy a condition: A<B, and a positioning spring 21 is provided on one positioning part of the date indicator maintaining plate 2. The positioning spring 21 is positioned, while being bent in a radial direction connecting a positioning hole 21 to a positioning notch 21a, and thereby the date indicator maintaining plate 2 applies a side pressure to the positioning pins 3a, 3b, and the date indicator maintaining plate 2 is tacked temporarily by utilizing a frictional force generated in the sectional direction between the date indicator maintaining plate 2 and the positioning pins 3a, 3b, which enables easy positioning.
