PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the volumetric efficiency of a liquid storage part for storing a liquid, and also, to stir the liquid while suppressing the leakage of the liquid from the liquid storage part. SOLUTION: The liquid supply device includes: the liquid storage part for storing the liquid containing conductive components; a magnetic body arranged outside the liquid storage part, for irradiating the liquid storage part with a magnetic flux; and a moving mechanism which moves at least one of the storage part and the magnetic body so as to change the relative positional relationship between the storage part and the magnetic body.
