PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel come-off preventive device capable of taking out easily a stopper block from an inner cylinder, and capable of enhancing workability and convenience for maintenance management. SOLUTION: The stopper block 6B constituting the wheel come-off preventive device is provided with an elastic pressing means 9B at a support hole inner wall for detachably attaching a support to a support hole, an elastic pressing means 9B has a regulation part capable of regulating elastic pressing from the outside even in a state that the stopper block 6B is supported in the support hole by the means. The regulation part is included in the elastic pressing means 9B itself, and is a portion brought into a state projected from an inner cylinder 3B, when the stopper block 6B is attached to the inner cylinder 3B.
