PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow contained liquid to be poured while satisfying sanitation when liquid other than water is contained, an appropriate pouring amount, and a light operating force and further maintaining a pouring flow rate within a fixed range. SOLUTION: Provided is an electric water boiler for pouring the contained liquid by pressurizing an inner cylinder 2 with a pump 8, wherein the pump 8 operates when a pouring operation body 24 operates, and a valve body 42 for pressure adjustment closes a valve seat 40 of an end part of a steam hole 27, so that the pressure of the inner cylinder 2 is adjusted and then increased to pour the contained liquid out. When the pouring operation body 24 is pressed, a holder 43 lowers, a weight part including a metal ball is placed on the valve seat 40 to close the seat. Then, there is a space, such as a gap 46, around the weight body. The weight slightly moves when pressure inside the cylinder 2 is high, to lower the pressure inside the cylinder 2.
