PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct meandering of an endless belt-shaped member, in a displacement correcting device or the like. SOLUTION: The displacement correcting device (BM) includes: a rotation supporting member (Rj) having a rotation shaft (Rja) and rotating to support the endless belt-shaped member (B); a shaft supporting frame (Ft') supporting one end of the rotation shaft (Rja) to be tilted about the other end, and supporting the one-end supporting portion (13a) and the other end supporting portion (13b) of the rotation shaft (Rja) movable along a stretching direction; and a shaft displacing member (27) having a rotation center (27a) extending along the intersecting direction and a rotation shaft contact portion (27e) in contact with the one end of the rotation shaft (Rja), and which makes the rotation shaft contact portion (27e) rotate to tilt the rotation shaft (Rja) when a movement sensing member (26) detects the movement of the endless belt-shaped member (B) to the one end of the rotation shaft (Rja); and a center supporting portion (9, 32cl') supporting the rotation center (27a) to be movable in the intersecting direction.
