<p>The device for strengthening a material web made of fibers and/or filaments, comprises a first endless belt (1) tightly revolving around the deflection rollers carrying the material web, and a second endless belt (2) tightly revolving around the deflection rollers and counter-rotating to the first endless belt with same speed. The first and second endless belts form a conical compacting area in a first area in a conveying direction of the material web and taper to each other at an angle to increasingly press the material web present between the belts. The device for strengthening a material web made of fibers and/or filaments, comprises a first endless belt (1) tightly revolving around the deflection rollers carrying the material web, and a second endless belt (2) tightly revolving around the deflection rollers and counter-rotating to the first endless belt with same speed. The first and second endless belts form a conical compacting area in a first area in a conveying direction of the material web and taper to each other at an angle to increasingly press the material web present between the belts. Nozzle beams are arranged adjacent to the conical compacting area for a first fluid admission of the material web present between the belts. The both belts are movably guided in the area of the first fluid admission in a linear direction, and are movably guided to each other parallel to the area of the first fluid admission in a first section (AB1) and not parallel in an adjacent second section (AB2). The both belts divergently strain in the second section at a peak angle, wrap together to the deflection roller, run parallel to each other, and pressably hold the material web to a further common deflection roller. The non-parallel guidance of the belts is adjustable in the second section. The deflection roller of one of the belts is adjustable, so that the angle of the directions, under which the belt is changeable in a divergent manner. The first fluid admission takes place by nozzle beams arranged one behind the other related to the total path of the material web inside the entire system, where the nozzle beams are arranged in the first and/or second sections. A first nozzle beam (D1) is arranged in the first section and a second nozzle beam (D2) is arranged in the second section.</p> |
