The system has a wave plate (2) arranged under water. The plate is laid at a fixed supported coupling device in a hinged manner such that the plate implements an oscillating movement in a wave path, where kinetic energy of the wave plate is utilized by a dual acting pump (32) for supply of load. The coupling device is arranged as a parallelogram connecting rod arrangement (6), via which the wave plate with a translatory movement portion is guided. The parallelogram connecting rod arrangement has a parallelogram frame (10), which is formed by four supporting bars (12-18).
