<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for an organic thin film solar cell that hardly short-circuits between electrodes and can generate large electromotive force when the organic thin film solar cell is loaded. <P>SOLUTION: The implement for the organic thin film solar cell is loaded with the organic thin film solar cell, and includes a base, a back electrode-side current collector, a transparent electrode-side current collector, and a front substrate having an opening. The base has a recessed portion for the back electrode-side current collector for embedding the back electrode-side current collector, a recessed portion for the solar cell arranged at a periphery of the recessed portion for the back electrode-side current collector, formed continuous with the recessed portion for the back electrode-side current collector, and shallower in depth than the recessed portion for the back electrode-side current collector so as to embed a back electrode and an organic layer of the organic thin film solar cell, and a recessed portion for the transparent electrode-side current collector arranged at a periphery of the recessed portion for the solar cell so as to embed the transparent electrode-side current collector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
