<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative burner furnace capable of making compatible both efficient heating and miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The regenerative burner furnace includes a crucible (2), a furnace body (4) disposed while forming a circular space with a cylindrical outer peripheral face of the crucible, a pair of burners (36, 38) radiating flame into the space from a lower position of the space, a heat storage unit (18) having a plurality of heat storage bodies connected to an upstream side of each of the pair of burners and disposed at an interval, an air intake pipe (34) for introducing outside air, an exhaust pipe (30) for discharging the exhaust air of the burner, and a four-way valve (28) connected to each of the pair of burners, the air intake pipe and the exhaust pipe. The pair of burners are disposed to radiate the flame to the circular space in directions opposite to each other along the tangential direction of the cylindrical outer peripheral face of the crucible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
