<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly cool a connecting path which electrically connects a capacitor with a reactor, in a compact and simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: For a power converter 10 for vehicle, a switching module 41 and an LC unit 52 are housed in a casing 50. The LC unit 52 is configured by integrating a reactor 42, a primary capacitor 30 and a secondary capacitor 32 in a frame member 56, which are buried in a heat conductive insulating member 58. A heat insulating member 60 for interrupting heat conduction from the reactor 42 to the primary capacitor 30 is arranged between the reactor 42 and the primary capacitor 30. The reactor 42 and the primary capacitor 30 are electrically connected with each other via a bus bar 44.
