<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily carry out attaching or the like of a discharge lamp against a mounting mechanism in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge lamp 1 is equipped with a glass member 25 having a light-emitting part and formed so as to be extending in a first direction, a first base member 26 coupled with one end part in a first direction of the glass member 25, and a second base member 28c coupled with the other end part in a first direction of the glass member 25. This has a first flow passage 26d which is installed at least at a part of the outer peripheral face of the first base member 26 and through which a cooling medium is circulated, a covering member 28b to cover the second base member 28c, and a second flow passage 28f which is formed between the second base member 28c and the covering member 28b and through which the cooling medium is circulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
